At Fairway Ridge Apartments & Townhomes, we know pets are part of the family. That's why we're proud to welcome your furry companions to our pet-friendly community. With spacious homes and landscaped grounds, you'll have room to enjoy life together.

We welcome up to two pets per home. For complete details regarding pet fees, monthly pet rent, breed restrictions, and our PetScreening requirements, please contact our leasing office. We're happy to answer your questions and help you find the perfect home for you and your pets.

Fairway Ridge Pet Policy

At Fairway Ridge Apartments & Townhomes, we're proud to welcome your four-legged family members to our pet-friendly community.

Pet Policy

  • Cats & Dogs Welcome
  • Maximum of Two (2) Pets Per Home
  • One-Time, Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $250 per Pet
  • Monthly Pet Rent: $35 per Pet
  • Breed Restrictions Apply
  • PetScreening is Required for all residents. Pet profiles are $25 per pet, while residents without pets and those with approved assistance animals complete the screening at no cost.
